Orders and Shipping
Although most orders are processed same day and shipped with in 3 business days, we ask that you allow up to 25 – 35 business days for delivery. Please allow for 5 – 7 business days following the date of shipment to receive an express shipment.

You can enter the shipping address at the time of your order. If the order is more than $200.00, we may ask for addition information before we process the order.
Most of our orders are shipped thru the post office so if you are in USA you can track via www.usps.com, Canada via www.canadapost.ca and the U.K. via www.royalmail.com. For express order tracking is done via www.dhlexpress.com
We take credit card security seriously and as such your credit card information is never seen or kept by us. Your credit card information is sent electronically to First Atlantic Commerce for processing. Once your order is approve you will be redirect to our webpage. Your credit/debit card information will never been seen by a human.
We ship to over 165 countries worldwide. However, because of the global pandemic we may have some problems shipping to some countries. Please contact us with your country name to get updated info.
Most items will be ship as one package, but items that are on backorder will be shipped at a later date when they are available

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. However, we understand if a product doesn’t work out and want to make sure the return is as painless as possible. Naturally, we cannot take returns on used products.
If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling, and other charges. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.
Please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for proof of damage. We will then work with the shipper to get you a full refund or we will ship a replacement order.

If you entered a incorrect address please contact us as soon as possible. If the order amount is over US$200 we may ask for additional information.
If you want to change your order before we ship you will have to cancel and then make a new order. All cancel most be done before your order is shipped. If the order is shipped and you need to cancel you will have to return your order after you receive the package
