Eaton Jamaican Jerk Sauce is An incredible jerk flavoured sauce used to season meats before cooking or as a table sauce. This all-natural product includes scallion, hot peppers, pimento (allspice), garlic, thyme and spices among its ingredients.

Eaton’s Jerk Sauce is a fine table sauce! Perfect for use on steaks or as an ingredient in soups, dips and stews.

Ingredients

3-4 lbs. whole cut up chicken
1 tbsp. Eaton’s Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
1 tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce

Directions

Rub Eaton’s Jamaican Jerk Sauce and soy sauce into meat, allow to marinate for at least 2 hours.
Heat oven to 325 F. Bake in Oven for 1-1 ½ hours or until juices run clear.
Serve with rice and peas for an authentic Jamaican meal!
