NUTRITIONAL FACTS

Preparation:

  ü Wash sorrel thoroughly, drain and place in bowl

  ü Peel and grate ginger and add to sorrel

  ü Add pimento berries

  ü Boil water and pour over sorrel

  ü Allow to stand for at least 4-6 hours

  ü Strain, then sweeten and add rum to taste (Rum optional)

  ü Serve chilled
